Just wondering if anyone has bought a carbon fiber hood off ebay, if so any pics of it, how is the quality, the weave, the clearcoat, would you recomend buying one? Any help would be really appreciated. I had a top strut mount blow out on me last fall and put a nice dent in my hood, so before this car show season i have to do something, Id like a stock OEM carbon fiber hood for my cavy, but cant really justify spending like 500 or so for the VIS one. Im more into speed and performance, i wanna keep my 99z24 pretty stock looking, kinda the sleeper effect.
I got my hood from a person who bought the hood from ebay. The fitment was great. But I guess you run the risk of getting ripped off. I'll post pics so you can see!

but back to the point. I got mine off ebay, but it was through ECC Motorsports. They are also a respectable JBO dealer. my hood was pretty nice. and quite cheap. i think i piad $325 shipped

i just ordered mine from the same place as eazy looks pretty good in the pics will be here hopefully in the next week

ok back on topic, ive heard some good and bad things on ebay hoods, but ive heard ECC hoods are pretty good, and jason at A+ (who is actually well known on here) normally can get good deals (i wish i had some extra cash
