anyone know if this spoiler can be wired up to a 2001cav coupe ? my car has the 2 seperate brake light bulbs...and the spolier I want to put on has different wirring.

i take it you have a stock 96-99 z24 spoiler and yes it will work...when you open your trunk and look up at where your spoiler is you will notice that theres a little clip where you can unclip the wires from the trunk to the spoiler....just unclip it and take off the spoiler. Then after doing that you should have 2 wires, a positive and a negative running into the clip from the trunk,

now it all depends on how the other one is wired up.. if it is wired up to utilize the stock clip from the 96-99 which im guessing it is not then you wil need to cut the clip thingy off and wire postive to postive and negative to negative and your done

This isn't off a Cavy at all! I got it from ebay and they sent the wrong one (but i think it will look cool)
I came to find out that this spoiler is off a mitsubishi eclipse 3000 GT! i think it will look sweet though and really set off my rims...I just hope I can figure out how to wire the brake light up

I got the exact same connector on my 3rd brake light for the spoiler. Opened up the lense, and both ends were attached to clips that went to a single sheet of metal that the bulbs plguged into...this lead me to believe that either one can be power or ground...open up your lense and check for the same...
