Does anyone have any pictures of a cavalier with NSX vents? i bought a set and am trying to have them installed. my friend is doing it, he is excellent with fiberglass but says the rear quarter panel in front of the wheel wells is not flat enough for the vents to go in. i have kombat street fighter side skirts, so they will have to go above that. my friend says that since the ducts are so high and the body is curved, the ducts will just crack and break away in a short amount of time. i want to see some pictures of a cavalier with the ducts to see how it was done on other cars. any help with this or suggestions would be great. thanks.

i thought Anthony Jones had molded NSX ducts...mebbe i'm wrong...but his post is on the first page of the Photos and Media forum..check it out, his car is amazing.
On other cars, it was integrated into a fiberglass widebody. It sounds like you are trying to put it on your stock rear 1/4's. I don't know of any J that has them on the stock rear 1/4's...
do you still have your stock black side skirts?

thanks for the info everyone.
yeah i was going to put them on the stock QP's. is there a place i could get fiberglass QB's? i figured this was the only way to do it, integrate the vents in the metal QP's. actually i wish i could find some other 1/4's so i wouldnt have to mold the fiberglass into metal. i hear the different expansion rates will eventually crack the molds.
viper, yeah i still have my black stock skirts.
thanks again,
MJ
so, any suggestions on what to do? anyone who has done it care to relate any information that might help me with this project? i want to get these things on, i was thinking of filling the body out so it will sit flat, but i dont know. any information would be helpful. i appreciate it. thanks.

viperZ24, can you email me pictures of the ones you did? did you use aerogear vents or fabricate your own, or use vents from another manufacturer? did you have to fill in the body to flatten it out? im looking for any advice i can get at this point. i would like to install them, but right now it isn't looking good.
thanks. my email is mja3169@go.com
