There was a post on the boards awhile back about a guy who makes projector headlights for the sunfires, i was curious if anyone remembers who it was first of all, and 2nd i was wondering, assuming he finds this post, If it would be possible to add angel eyes to the projectors, i was also wondering if anyone knows how to make your own projectors, i hate relying on other people for my stuff i'd rather build it myself if at all possible. thanks in advance

Im assuming your talking about me, if not o well, but i most likely will not be making any more, maybe a few but nothing certain, sorry. Although the last and only set besides my own that i made did have angel eyes and can be found on lowfire's car.

do you have good vision at night with them? also if you would consider making another set for an 01 sunfire i would be highly interested
mine are not very good projectors so they arent too good, also considering they are low beams only, being you cant have high and low in one unit without having bi xenons which are very expensive, the set that i made for lowfire has hella projectors which are far better than mine and id say better than stock, but again low beams only.

here's a how to:
make a clear lense using plexiglass, mount a projector lense in your stock headlight housing, assemble, use.
im not trying to be an ass about it, but that's what you have to do. it's not going to be easy, so get a set of spare headlights you can work with.

your headlights look sick man, that sucks you arent making them, even as low beam only they were the coolest thing i'd seen for sunfires, I read how to make plexi fronts in another post, sounds complicated but hey why not try somethin new lol, i am curious however where you are getting the actual projector assembly from, i have yet to find one that isnt a hid conversion require tons of work and hours of modding to make it fit, so a good source for those would shave a TON of research down on my part. thanks in advance

Oh and just as a side note, who do i have to kill to get a set dual beam with dual angel eyes? i dont mind spending cash on somethin as nice as those lights man.

mine i used a set of ebay projectors from a civic, i just cut em open and took em out, i dont suggest doing that light output isnt very good. Also dont attempt to convert them to 9007's or another bulb type, leave them as they are and get some connectors and make adapter harnesses or change your stock harness, if you have any electrical ability this is not a hard thing to do. The last set i made for low fire, i used a set of 90mm hella projectors from rallylights.com i beleive it was, the low beam units. They are a bit expensive($60) but they are very very nice, and they use a h9 bulb which i think is about as good as halogne bulbs get. if you get those be sure to get the connectors as well. But due to their size i was unable to fit them without making new moutnging brackets for the ehadlights which is quite a bit more difficult than you think, so unless you want a bit of extra work i dont suggest them, but they are in my opinion probably some of the best ones youll find short of stock projectors from another car.
