Holy crap, wait til you guys check this out.
I made a custom CF bumper emblem for my 03 Cavi to replace the ugly gold one.
I just got my carbon fiber sheets cut and had some matching black PVC routed to the identical pattern. I attached the CF plate to the black 1/8" material and it looks almost seamless. I will post a pic tomorrow and get your opinion.
Can't put it on the car yet since I am getting the front repainted next week, but will take more shots then.
I have waited over a year to get this idea from idea to reality. A small victory in the endless war to get the car finished, which I hear never happens anyway.
Yeah sorry for the premature post - I was just excited cause this is my first 3-dimensional mod and it turned out pretty good. Cannon Fodder - that smiley protest is freakin hilarious and I deserved it.

This one shows the depth of it better. This is an almost identical version of the OEM bumper emblem. I am thinking of doing them in different colors and custom graphics on them, etc.
This stuff is getting addictive...please email me if you get any ideas.

Well I am thinking somewhere in the 20 dollar range. They are high quality and there is some labor involved once I get the two separate materials. I have to attach them with double-sided 3M tape and then do a little sanding - takes a little while to get them perfect and I don't want to pass that opportunity to the customer like some do.
Yeah, now that I have the template, I can print these in custom colors or with graphics - let me know if you have a project.
I still want to see this RK sport version - I have just about all of their CF line and want to see how it measures up.
Yeah, I was going to make CF bumper inserts for the back but the letters were too small to survive the cutting process!
hey i'm in on all your carbon fiber stuff.....but i have a question these look sturdy....thank god...they aren't peel and stick stuff right?........they are heavier quality.....and i'm talking about the hood bowtie and the interior pieces as well...heavier or peal and stick...let me know....but looks like i'll be in if they are heavier quality....cause the peel and stick was too hard to get around the shifter and put down.....let me know...thanks....
