YES I'VE SEARCHED! But I wasn't able to find everything I was looking for.
Well I have almost everything I need to downgrade my headlights. So far I have the 95-99 headlight harness including bulbs and the 1 relay, euro clear headlight housings, Z bumper, and clear corners are on the way. I don't have the corner brackets yet though, but I can work around that.
Okay the question is how do I wire the dang things up. Most post I've found were upgrading lights, not downgrading, so I have found little info on this. I do know that the headlights use a 4 wire two bulb system (9005 and 9006) , while the 00+ have a 3-wire one bulb system (9007).
I'm at work right now, so I was hoping some of you guys can provide some info on this before I start tearing into it later today.
Convert 00+ headlights to 95-99
with your 2k+ 3 wire setup, you have 2 hots and 1 ground. so you'll need a second ground for the other bulb. then what you need to do is figure out which hot is which. which wire becomes active when you turn on your low beams and which one becomes active when you turn on your high beams. then just wire them up accordingly.
Driver side:
Dark Blue - Ground low beam
Dark Blue - Pos 12v constant (shared)
Pink - Ground high beam
Passenger side:
Dark blue - Ground low beam
Orange - Pos 12v constant (shared)
Pink - Ground high beam
You can connect both 12v's together on each side, but you do need to test which dark blue wire is which. If you compare both sockets, you'll realize which dark blue is which (compared to the other side's orange). The system is reverse grounding, but it shouldn't matter once you connect the bulbs.

Brandon - Once I get the 00+ harness and headlights off, I probably won't need them any more, so I'll letcha know. Just so you know, the headlights are in really good condition, but I must say the clear corners are a little dodgey
. They still look okay but the pegs are broken....and if you don't have clear corners, i'll throw those in with it.

Okay, didn't get to work on much at all last night. I'll need to get the bracket from the 95-99 fenders, which will be this weekend. Didn't want to start hacking away just so the lights fit in, gonna wait until I have everything ready. Brandon, i'll be getting the things wired up, and fit in over the next week. I'll letcha know!
