i dont see anyscrews or bolts is it just glued on like the molding....??

The outer edge wraps around the door. To get to the bolts pull your trim off that goes around it (you'll have to roll the window down to do this) and there are three screws behind it. Then push back and out so you don't break anything.

yea, i had to take mine off to either repaint, or carbon fiber. just pull back the window rubber seal, then youll see the three screws.
