not my favoroite in any cavy. I had one and got rid of it but you never know some people like them jus not my cup of tea

A lot of people on the org hate on that wing.. You are going to get a lot of negative comments about it here.. but the bottom line is that if you like it, don't give in to JBO groupthink, embrace existentialism and go for it since it is YOUR car, and YOU have to drive it.
Personally I like the wing alot, thats why I bought one for my cav, but a lot of people here hate it. It's all a matter of opinion really, and in the end yours is the only opinion that matters for your car. Good luck with whatever you decide to go with.
the problem is... everybody else's opinion DOES matter because no matter how much anybody says they work on their car for their own self interest, the point to sport compact moding is to be noticed, showoff your ride, and get positive attention for your work. and lets face it, in the sport compact scene negative attention is worse than no attention. stock is better than ugly.

What is ugly? An opinion. This site tends to hate terminator 2 wings and vinyl graphics, but that doesn't make them ugly. I see cars in magazines and in shows all the time with big wings and vinyl graphics. How good a car looks or how bad it looks depends on who is looking at it. Everybody has a different idea of what makes a car look great, or look terrible. I personally feel that opinions shouldn't undermine respect. I respect people for being individuals and doing what they think looks good for their cars even though other people hate on them for doing it. I may not like some of the things people do to their cars, but I still respect them for standing up and doing it, and I truly believe it doesn't matter what people think or say, as long as the owner is happy with it, since they have to live with it. There are people who will always hate on any car that isn't completely stock (and even some that are). You will never please everybody no matter what you do or don't do to your car. If you try to, you will never be finished, you will never be satisfied with it. Nobody has the same tastes. There will always be haters no matter what you do. But at the end of the day, as long as you are happy with your car, and how it looks, I feel that is all that matters, but again, that is just my opinion.
My buddy had it on his cav and i thought it looked pretty good. On some cars you can get away with it and some you can't. But its your ride, so whatever floats your boat....i like it though

I would say something along the lines of RK's wing that sits practically on the trunk... If you dont have anything that is cf, just paint it
i had the t2 wing and it rocked!
of course that was back in the day before everyone else had it. i have since sold it and dont plan on getting it or any other wing for my car. but dont let me discourage you. it was awesome with the full kit and everything. if you like it, then get it. but keep in mind that it WILL look out of place if you dont have it with a fully modded car (i.e. body kit). on a stock cav it will look out of place. trust me...i put it on before i put my kit on and it did look out of place

I am jumping in with Wootburgers on this one. The wing looks Awesome in my opinion But i think it looks terrible if you dont have a kit on your car. Wootburgers pulls his wing off very nicely. I am very keen on mine but mine doesnt have the top deck on it. just my 2 cents.
T2 Wings are hot, i really like them. They are really hit or miss however, people dont agree on everything here. If you like it, get it, your not the only one that thinks the wing is nice, people have agreed. its not like your putting a big type r sticker on or anything. do it.... just do it...

personally, and this is strictly opinion, i don't think that wing looks good on any car. it's just a bad style, and doesn't compliment any car.
I personally like that wing,I have a friend who has that wing on his cav and it looks very nice.But like eveyone says it wouldnt look right without a bodykit on the car.He has a drift kit on his car and the wing just completes the look.My opinion.
I liked the wing back in the day. But it seems that my taste has changed over the years for a cleaner look.
Many people that say wings suck are the same people who thaught wings were cool 4 years ago. Many just go with the bandwagon. JUst like everyone Loved MC HAMMER at one time. And then turned there backs on him and prettend they never liked him because some others say they didnt.

If I did any "wing" on a third gen it would have to be the mid wing. I just love the design of it. it flows so well and it is such a simple design. flows with the car fairly well to. but I'm the one that also got flamed for having a mid wing on my 2nd gen cavalier lol. just an idea though

Personal taste. I would rather have the terminator (not II) Or the mini me wing but thats just my opinion. I just like the flush mount and not ones on sit off the rear deck.
