how about the 2000 cavaliers eyelids carbon fiber
I honestly reccomend having them welded (if a metal hood) or fiberglassed in (for fiberglass hood) rather than buying those things... they look much better hwen they look like they're supposed to be there <br>

i have searched for this before and found a link to a store that sells them on ebay. Just check all dates and then check in the archive. I just made my own, but i welded mine on. I did it all including putty and primer in about 3 hours. <br>

but i agree, either welded or fiberglassed, depending on the hood...and if you have a cf hood, id say glass em on and have the hood painted with a design

you can use fiberglass to make eyelids and mold them to your hood, but there's no way you'd be able to make carbon fiber eyelids look molded on, and still keep the weave pattern uninterrupted. fiberglass some eyelids on, and paint the hood. that's pretty much your only option.

Hey BuMmRz, I bought the eyelids from ebay, they are pretty cool (not a cool as getting them molded or having the hood that has them already on it), they are a good cheap mod....When i bought them they werent on ebay and i emailed the guy and he put some up for me, so i would say if you are still interested in getting them, just email him....his email is ryan_b83@hotmail.com (he posted it in a past post, so i hope its ok to put it up). He was really quick at answering any questions and you can get them painted to match your car if he has the color (he didnt have mine, indigo blue, so i did it myself).

Heres a pic of the ones on ebay, I have them and I would say get them welded on, it looks so less cheap. I'm gonna get some fiberglassed on my new hood when I get it.

c/f eyelids CAN look good even if they arent molded. (btw...forget the white mirrors they are long gone). and before you ask....i got those eyelids from FIBERCUSTOMS before joel went out of biz. and ive since traded them off.

Ive had the eBay ones, and now have welded in eyelids. Big difference. And really not THAT much $$ for a shop to do <br>

Highly recomend welding them, or in my case, fibreglassing them on... Looks 100% better and not like something you bought at Walmart!

well thanks to everyone especially Tabasco racing since that is what i was looking at doing with my carbon fiber hood I'm actually in process of getting them to make the hood with it so hopefully they do it <br>
