yes that is the optix kit, they arent too bright with my headlights on, but i dont plan on using them with my headlights.
hey man, they look awesome. i don't know if you know, but you can use some clear plastic lines to hold youe angel eyes together, so that you can get rid of that black tape around the ring. then the light can be seen full circle. just a tip. but they really look good, nice work.

NEVER, EVER buy ANYTHING from MANTAPART!
Lookin nice man. Something I wouldn't mind doing when I get my projectors. how hard were the angel eyes to actually do?
not hard. you just need to find how big the hole is you are putting them on, then find something a little smaller than it so you can wrap the angel eye around it.
For the angel eye i used a curtain rod replacement thing you can buy it at menards. my home depot didnt have them.
I heated the oven to 300( it seems like alot, but it just doesnt get flexible enough without) cut the circle to the length needed plus 2 inches. when you heat it up, it gets pliable, but if you do it right it gets so fn limp like a wet noodle. im not even joking. i used pliars to get it out of the oven, and then just wrapped it around my "mold" which happened ot be the top of a spray paint can. use the edges and bend it in a circle, then bend them across each other.
Mine dont look right cause they didnt form properly and they are not even full circles, then i fed up when i cut them. I may redo them later this summer, i just had a big drive ahead of me today and needed to finish it yesterday so i kinda rushed it.
Saved the pics for my friend with the silver '03 who did this......
it looks really good. The only problem that I have is that the angel eyes dont like up the same. One the drivers side the split is at the top, on the passenger side it is on the side... but other than that it looks pretty good.
Absolutely awesome man! Great work!
how many l.e.d.s did you use

on the angel eyes one on each side end so 2 per, and in the headlight... umm I believe its 2 per as well. I had some issues with the led color matching, so thats why there were only 2 in each, going to hopefully work on these again soon, got some summer projects on the way!
