Rich idle, won't lean out

Hello all,
I'm new to the turbo and tuning world, but i FINALLY got my 99' 2200 turbo project running this past week! I have a t3/t4 turbo, AFPR, BEGi FMU and Ford Red Top injectors and i have a AEM UEGO wideband O2. I started it up, and its running very rich at idle. I adjusted my FPR as far as I can go and my A/F is still 10.0. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. When i rev it, the air/fuel jumps, but thats only when i let off the throttle. Like i can rev and hold it at 3000 RPM, and it will still read 10.0 until i let off the throttle, then it'll jump up to around 14 or 15. I got it to lean out when I took it for a drive up the road, and then it slammed over to the extreme lean side, so i shut the car down and limped it back to the garage. But this is b/c i didn't have my FMU set correctly yet. So i'm very stumped on this, and i don't know where to go from here, except HP Tuners, but i don't have a laptop or money to get HPT yet. If theres anything else i can do, please let me know! Thank you all for your time!

Find someone near you with HPtuners so you can reprogram your injector constant, that would be a start.

HA HA, Alum Bank is around Bedford area, which is between Pittsburgh and Harrisburg on the turnpike. But if you got HPT, I'll pay you for a car on your program or whatever it takes. Even if you don't and would like to take a look at it one weekend, that would be great! But that seems to be the general conclusion. I've since been running around in it and it seems to be running fine. Its running pig rich under boost, so it definetly needs tuned by a professional or someone who has at least done this sorta thing before. But thanks for all the help and if you have any info that would be great!

what ratio FMU do you have? i would be willing to ty to help you out, but we just got slammed with 14 hours of manditory over time at job #1, plus I still have job #2, so my schedule is a little hellish right now. Best way to get a hold of me is email to johnmbenham@verizon.net

In some cases, like mine I need an FMU AND 650cc injectors... there's a point where hptuners becomes useless
