IF my car has the 2.5 bar TMAP can I still tune the car with a 1bar map setting? Silly ? I know but Im a noob at this tuning. Id like to not rewire my damn MAP and IAT again (wired them for the reflash). The TMAP is nice cuz I can see what my mainifold IATs are not intake.

GRRRRRR!

Then I need a solution to place the IAT where it will see boost temps

I am trying to tune for the 2.5 bar myself. I was going to go 3 bar, but that gives you NO resolution while not in boost, so this should be better....hopefully.... my motor is not in yet, im trying to get the tuning enough for it to start and drive safely once I plunk it in, and worry about fine tuning then. What is your setup? Looks like you have a s/c ecotec at first glance, and if you have an ecotec s/c computer, you should have better resolution for tuning out of boost (i think). send me some pics of your setup, and I will try to find something out on the IAT sensor.

Food for thought but can I use the GM 2 bar map for the 2.4 reflash?

Why would you need a 2 bar? Dont the S/C only boost to like 12psi max?
