Hi, Im trying to find the Ld9 supercharge flash in a HP tuners file. I have a 2000 2.2 LN2 cavalier Im looking to run a very small amount of boost in and I have HPT for my camaro already. Does any one have a file modified to run with the OHV motor? If not what has to be changed in it to make it work?

You fit a LD9 charger on a 2200? Or any charger at all? Pictures???
He just wants to run the reflash from the m45 kit. The 00-02 ecu on the ohv cav's can run the sd tune as well. We've got it on our turbo ln2 as well as many others.
Thats right Jucnbst just looking for the reflash file would you happen to have it? The setup thats sitting in the garage is a smaller saab 900 oil cooled turbo with t3 flange, saab 900 intercooler, internally gated. 24lb/hr injectors and will most likely be running the ebay cast manifold for now.
This setup is for 4-5 psi of boost, fuel mileage and my entertainment lol Its not meant to be quick.

You can get it on hptuners.com in the tune repository. There are two, one for the auto and one for the 5 speed.
But u will also need a jbody configuration. This is set up to read the sensors and provide data.
With ur set up idk, do u need to do the ld9 pcm swap too? U might.
GMR has got nothing on this
Go to HPTuners repository on their website. Download a m45 reflash. Modify the injector constant for what ever injectors your are running. Flash it over. You probably will have to do a theft relearn since the VIN will now be different. After the relearn start the car and let it idle, and see if you need to tweak the idle tables. I assume you'll be running a wideband, and using it with your HPTuners?
Where is Ryan when you need him. lol

Or you can go to system>general and disable Vats and Vats Fuel Cut .
Save your money. It might be worth something someday.
I've talked to Ryan a little bit Before. Yes I plan on taking my wideband out of my camaro and putting it in the car during tuning. I have not registered my HP interface with their website yet so that would be why I couldn't find their repository. It still isnt allowing me to make an account even with my serial number and activation key. Sent them an e-mail. Thanks for letting me know where I could get it.
As far as I know the computers are the same, and the engine is ran my the same sensors. Just a 2 bar map will need from what I read.
Back in 05 I had a boosted 97 cavalier, I lifted the ring lands on a couple pistons. This was on 6 psi, I would like to think this was because I was inexperienced and had it running on too small of injectors, untuned with a cartech FMU and being non-intercooled.
How reliable have you guys been on stock bottom ends running the flash? The setup will be intercooled and obviously running the 2 bar flash. Only looking to run 3-4psi most likely and will be moving the rev limiter down so I can't beat on it. This is one of those things im doing because I can. It sounds dumb but its just one of those little projects its hard to say no to.

The LN@ has been pushed to 274whp on a stock bottem end and like 12psi. So with a good tune 4 psi will be a cake walk.
