I have a 1997 pontiac sunfire got car from friend with broken tumbler i can actually turn car over without key once fired up its shuts right down and anti theft light flashes . I know that these cars need key in tumbler or they wont stay running , my question is if i were to change out tumbler with another one that has key would thAt solve my problem or would i have to have computer reprogramed , thank you if anyone cAn help me or even text my cell phone 845-590-0312 im in need of quick fix here this is my present race car i race on oval track on sat , thanks
