I was wanting to know what r the best mods to gain power in mid and top end?
port and polish head, bigger valves, bigger cam that works better up top. A bigger throttle body to support those mods.

Thanks for the info. My next question is it a good idea to run a turbo with an automatic tranny?
mine's automatic. it's preference.

Automatics are better for loading the turbo up, therefore decreasing spool time. Also, if you get a shift kit, it will shift faster than 99% of people with manuals. So from a performance standpoint they will win almost every time (at least drag racing).
With that being said I have a manual, because in my opinion they are more fun to drive.
I agree with above, in most cases with a turbo your getting to the point that there is enough torque involved to eliminate the drive train loss experienced in stock/lower power situations. The 5spd is still geared a bit better and 3rd/Drive in the auto will hurt you in the quarter mile. However no person with a manual tranny can shift as fast or consistently and efficiently as a hard shifting auto.
