Okay I will be doing the GM supercharger reflash hopefully this weekend if I can get my hands on a 2 bar sensor.
So I will use that as a base tune and tune from there.
I have done my reasearch however I just need verification cause I do not want to "F" anything up here.
The LD9 GM supercharger tune is setup for the 2 bar sensor??? Correct?
Leafy stated earlier that the Ecotec Cobalt SS/SC 2 bar sensor will work on the LD9? Has anyone confirmed this? Does it plug in to the LD9 harness without any modifications?
Also that this one will work too

Any modifications needed to make that one work? Which should I go with?
And the 2 bar sensor reads up to 14 psi right?
I will be running LSJ injectors.
My friend has stock ones and stage 2 rated at 42lbs. Im not sure which to go with.
GMR has got nothing on this
Yes the LD9 GM reflash is setup to read a 2 bar map sensor.
I believe the SS/Sc's use a 2.5 bar map, and do not directly plug in to a J map plug.
#12580698 is part number for a 2 bar map that will work.

Is that a gm part number?

I have a guy that will be helping with the tuning. He asked if we need to swap vins since im going to get the gm tune???
Also said I should get another pcm just incase cause once we write the file it might mess up the pcm...has this happenes to anyone?

What is the part number? Does it connect to the 2002 LD9 J harness without any rewiring?

Which one? The one you posted or the one mcmoney posted? Where did you get it?

Will the GM tune work with a 3 bar?

If you scale the tables for a 3 bar...it will be a 3 bar fake. Kind of like faking a 2 bar on a regular cavy's ecu but it will actually read boost, just have less resolution.

Yes, the ECU wonlt know it has a 3 bar sensor, but as long as the tuner knows and knows what they are doing it will be fine.
