I need some help with tuning, my car is at the tuning shop and the guy has been figuring out the tuning process for about 2 weeks, I have a 95 2.3. I helped him with the base pulse constant. but this is the problem. under normal drivability the car drives ok, just reving it at idle its ok. but when driving and u try to floor it at around say 1800, it gets way too much fuel and just sputters and backfires, but at 3500rpm if u floor it it spools up just fine, So what i need to know is how would i fix my fuel between 1800and 3500 rmp, it basically needs to be leaned out but im sure its not that simple. Im using tunercat for tuning,
if it can't win a race it better win a show
did you figured anything out? also looking at the table, where is the injector constant? is it the base pulse?

Does that year have a cam sensor? If it does then you're running in sequential fire in that section of the rpm range and you're only tuning the non-sequential table. If not, then I have no clue.
