I'm doing VE tuning, its 2.4, m45 and 2.5 pulley with 380 injectors. Over half of my low table at 110. My question is do I raise my VE% over 10% or do i up the injectors to 440's?

Sounds like you are running out of injector. Also, I see no reason why half of your low tables are at 110.

Whats your fuel pressure? I couldnt figure out why my ve's were so high and my injector duty cycles were high, messed up and low fuel pressure is my problem.

I'm running a stock pressure reg. My idle is rich, but off idle my wide band goes to 17. then off throttle is 10.
Are you still tuning (ie have closed loop disabled)? I have never been able to get my idle leaner than 11:1 without closed loop. But you sound exactly like the issue I have. Throttle tip in it goes lean for a tick, then decel and just coming off throttle is rich as hell. I suggest you borrow the fuel pressure meter with a hose on it from auto zone and duct tape it to your hood and drive around and see if your fuel pressure is doing things it shouldnt.
Oh and if you're worried about running out of injector, what is you injector duty cycle?

email sent. it is a stock fuel pump, I replaced the fuel press reg a few years back. I still plan on installing a fuel press gauge

I will take a look at it tonight. I was driving back from Ohio all night and now have a lot to catch up on at work.....

Is there a reason why you have your Single/Double LO RPM VE tables differing so much? I think your biggest problem is you are running out of injector. Also, you have quite a bit of timing in it, are you running meth?

I was just messing with the single LO first when i found out I it didn't look right so i didn't finish it. No i'm not running meth yet, i did that because the timing that was on it was something weird. plus the VE % was set to 16 and most of the VE was in the 90's, i should of figured something was up. How much should i back off on the timing, I wanted to get the VE's right then move to timing.
What size injectors do you recommend? 440 or bigger i have a friend with some 880s.

880's are WAY too big for your application. You should be able to get by with 440's with no issues. Then its just a matter of cleaning up your VE tables....

What car has 440 low imp injectors? My friend also has stock injectors for a 91 turbo talon, i think they are 450cc. Can I use those?
