Sh!t... Let me finish the other one first before I even touch on this subject matter... My advice to you is to go to HPT and READ! Read ALOT!

I cant remeber exactly what I did for mine because its been nearly 2 years. I used shifted's writeup on 4cylindertuners.com which I dont think is up and running anymore. It shifts smooth but noticably during normal driving and hard when I get on it. PM me your email and I will send you a copy of my file so you can copy the values if you want.
