adjustable fuel pressure regulator

finally my built ld9 was completed
and initial start up could have not gone any better
got about 500km on her now
and now im replacing the fuel system:
bigger rail
afpr
braided fuel lines
carter 225 lph pump
any ideas on what i shold be setting the pressure at the rail?
it its s/c at 8 psi

jbp built ld9
60mm tb
custom fender well 3"cai without battery removal
all prothane motor mounts and control arm mounts
mp45
pulley boys 2.5 pulley and quick change
aem water meth throug modified ebay spacer
kyb agx dial a rid struts
2" drop sprint springs
need to break it in then a good tune
winter plan :try twin charge if that dont work just turbo

i know im gunna need a good tune done on it im just looking for a good starting point so i play before i go to the city and hit the dyno tuner shop

I believe stock fuel pressure is like 44psi at idle.

It is safe, but the main reason people go higher is to get their injectors to be "bigger." (Sqrt (New Pressure/Old Pressure)) * Old Flow Rate = New Flow Rate. Running a smaller injector on a higher than stock pressure can sometimes give more precise injections. Other than that, 43 PSI is fine.
