Has anyone successfully done this? Before I drop the money on a tune I wanted to verify with someone who has done this. Matt and I were checking stock files and they all say set to disabled from the get go.
Your car may do 13 sec @ 103 mph, but my car does 146db @ 35 hz.
I have. I have seen many stock files showing VATS disabled, but seen plenty showing enabled.

This is what I tried.....
1. Set the VATS value to "PWM"
2. Set DTC P1626 to "3 - No Error Reported"
3. Set DTC P1629 to "3 - No Error Reported"

it seems that pre 2000 files show it as being disabled right off the bat where 2000+ shows that its enabled
