If i have an auto ECU and a manual calibration to write entire, will i need to blow two more credits to write entire to the auto ECU, assuming it will even work? I know the VIN will be wrong at first, but what about the credits?
Yes. You will need the 2 credits to flash the Auto ECU, plus 2 credits for the manual file. It will work.

If you are going from an auto to a manual, just disable all Auto DTCs and select the option for them not to report an errors... Then no additional credits will have to be spent.

All you gotta do is disable everything FTC wise and go into transmission tab and every single table set everything to zero and anything enabled to disabled. And should work just fine.
