With a 0.020" (+0.5mm) overbore you get 135cid or 2212ccs.
A +0.030" (+0.75mm) overbore nets 135.8cid or 2225ccs.
A +0.040" (+1mm/0.03937") overbore gets you a 136.4cid or 2236ccs.

These are roughed in to the 1/4mm overbore sizes available. Some piston manufacturers will produce them in 0.020", 0.030" and 0.040". Consult you piston manufacturer for more information. Any reputable machine shop will bore the cylinder according to the measurements they get from the pistons you use. The will hone the cylinder walls to ten thousandths of an inch and finish according to the type of rings you use.
