I have never used the GM reflash, but I have used a auto file on a manual car. Never messed with the auto tables, just disabled the DTC's for the auto tranny. Don't you have a manual reflash already?

I've compared the two before, and nearly all of the tables between the manual and auto have different values. I think I talked to Shifted about it before, and the values are different because it is tuned for the auto shift points. I have no idea, however, if it would work or not.

I did originally have a manual GM reflash. I bought and put in some used 440cc injectors. The guy I got the injectors from also gave me a copy of his tune. So being the HP Tuners noob that I am I figured well I will just flash the guy I bought the injectors froms tune. That way I would have the corrrect injector constant and I will tweak the tune more as I learn more. However the tune came from an automatic.
I am having some issues with the car idleing and was wondering if I should go back to the manual tune and just change the injector constant. Not sure if that would have any effect on things or what.

I am not sure how to attach a copy of my tune.

What problems with idle are you having?
I have a couple manual files.
Also when I first went supercharger I had some issues with misfires etc... Well I used a HPT copy of the GM reflash for my car. After getting the GM reflash from GM my issues were gone. Not sure if this is the samething you are having.
Wade is this the same copy you were using with the M45?

I've got a copy of the manual GM S/C reflash if anyone wants to take a look. I've about had it with HPTuners. I've had nothing but problems getting tunes to work right on my '99. It's just hit and miss it seems like. My winter project is to rip out all the wiring and rewire the car to run Megasquirt.

I used this same tune for a few weeks right before the bash and did not have any idle problems. Once the car is fully warmed up it seems to almost stall out. It does not do it while it is still warming up though. The rpm's drop down to about 500 then it pulls back up to1200 then falls back down to 500 and just does it over and over until it finally dies. The afr hold pretty steady around 13.5 when it is doing this so I am really lost. This is going on in open loop. Nearly the same thinmg happens in closed loop except it goes way lean to where it blanks out the gauge and dies.

I'll try and pull it off of my laptop tonight after work. Otherwise you can download it from the HPTuners File Repository.

Wade your problem sounds like IAC related. Maybe a faulty IAC, or because of the extension/adapter.
FU Tuning
Update:
I replaced the IAC with a brand new unit just to rule it out. It made no effect on the problem. So I am focused on the tune. I went to the HPT tune repository and found a 2002 2.4 jbody manual trans completly stock copy of the GM supercharger reflash that was added by Ron (shifted). I downloaded it and only changed the injector constant for the 440cc injectors I am using. I flashed that and now my idle problem is gone.
On a side note surprisingly the AFR did not go leaner than low 12's under WOT however the car did not seem to pull as hard. I would guess that is because of the conservative timing the GM reflash has.
