for you people running megasquirt. do you take out your stock pcm completly, or do you run a semi-piggyback? also whe do you do about the cooling fan and the altornator if you take out the stock pcm? any help would be grat thanks.

most people that i have heard of running MS are still using the stock ecu and everything but they have to fool the injector harness by placing the correct Ohm resistor in them. there was a big post in the boost forum a while back use the search button and type megasquirt. you should find just about everything you need
