hey does anyone know if i can use an Apexi Afc Neo to help tune my car after i turbo it. I have a 95 cavy with the 2.3, and is there a specific one i need to get or are they all pretty much the same

i did a search and nothing comes up when i type in obd 1 chip burner, so is there actually no computer i can use, i would have to get a chip burned

Lots of the oldschool guys used an FMU and an MSD ignition.
Thats probably the cheapest way to go, but by far not the best, or most precise. I would also look into getting a chip burner.
