anyone willing to give some guidance?

Via email or phone.. I need to tune my cavy badly...i bought it from a member off of here and i got everything in working order, i just need to tune out some fuel. I'm not going for a performance tune right now just to make it daily driveable.. the car is turbocharged and has the sc reflash on it so its super rich. i got a boost gauge and wideband hooked up to it. I need to redo the boost gauge cuz its not showing anything but the wideband shows between 9.5-10.5 at idle.. I have another member on here that said he would help but that was supposed to happen on sunday but it didnt. i need some kind of backup plan. Anyone thats willing to help either in this thread or via email or pms let me know.. im getting desperate, as all the local shops will charge 300 bucks or more and i dont want a full performance tune yet.

the car has ford greentops for reference. which is another reason besides the sc reflash as to why its so rich

What kind of motor? If it's an Eco, you're gonna need another ecu if your car has the GM reflash on it. Do you still have the injectors it was tuned for? If you do, put those back in.

You're gonna go through a rough time tuning the 2.5 bar map sensor the kit comes with.

If it's the LD9, you shouldn't have a problem with tuning.

As far as fuel, if the injectors are the only different thing between the way the car was tuned and the way it is now, you'll need to lower your injector constant.

Do a search in this forum, and come up with a reasonable injector constant. You'll have to lower it a lot or a little depending on how drastic of a change your injectors are.

As I told you, I had prior plans/paying work that I had to finish... I still am willing to talk you through it, but the paying work takes the priority... I sent you a PM....

Did you put in the correct injector constant in hpt or just change the idle fuel pressure with an afpr or something?
