Ok, im having more problems. I got this damn built as engine and can't even run it how i want to because lack of smartness. Ok I hooked up the fmu just for the fpr. The thing is i dont no how the damn o rings go in. I copied how it was on the stock regulator but then it leaked. Does someone have a picture of an 02 hahn regulator with the o rings on. PLEASE. it only take 5 mins to take the 2 bolts out.
I believe hahn uses the cartech fmu, in which case you have 3 pieces to it. The bottom, where the fuel goes in and out then you should have a thin piece of sheet metal, .004 or so I think, then a rubber gasket on top of that, then the lower half of the top, then the diaphram, then the top part where your vac line goes to. There's other parts in there too, but because I'm not super familiar w/ the cartech unit I'm not 100% on the complete assembly of it.

Is it leaking out the 2 halves? adjustment shaft? or in / out fuel ports?
These are the only places I could think of.....
Are you talking about the fuel line which runs from the fmu to the rail and the gasket where it plugs in? Your talking about it leaking at the rail correct? If so just get a new o ring or take the one off the stock FPR and use it.

It not leaking at the diaphram. Its leaking out where it bolts up to the rail. Yes i have alot off different o rings. But i guess i dont have them in the right spot. Can someone with the 02 just unbolt theres and snap a pic of the little o rings so i know where to go. Like i said it takes only 5 min.
If you can't find o-rings and the stock are the same size....
This is the part # for the stock regulator gm # 12574284
ok i got the piece to stop leaking and got everything runnin great. 19 psi on 10.5 afr. This is weird when it was hot i couldn't go above 15 otherwise i would misfire (sparkblowout i think) . I talked to a guy last night and he said the colder the plug the hotter the spark. He suggested going to a very very cold plug and he said that would help. he also said i need a better ignition. But i do not want to lose my powersteering if i go with the msd. Is there anything else i can do to get a better spark beside a very very cold plug. Does anyone make a ignition module that is stronger?. CAr is running awesome!!!
If you do the DIS 2 swap you dont lose your powersteering.
I used to race cars, now I race myself.
