i know some ppl that have not had good experiences buying it elsewhere, like not getting the proper codes to use it
get it straight from hp tuners its better to do it that way

The only other place I would consider getting it is from the tuning school
the only reason I would get it from there, is they give you a discount on credits when you order more after you use the 8 it comes with.
