i was just wondering if you get the gm reflash for the gmpp s/c for the eco what the pefrormance is like also does the car still shut down @ 170 kms like it did before and does it have the same rev limiter...also whats more reccomended...the reflash or hpt thanks

it still has speed govenor and rev limiter, its not a cobalt

I thought i read somewhere that the gm reflash moves the rev limit past 7000 rpm. Is this true?

they are only changed on the cobalt staged kits
