i was looking at some other 2002 files on hp tuners site and they dont have there low or high tables changed. Just the enrichment. I did that it did nothing. do i need to change the multiplier more?

How do you know that it did nothing? Did you do any datalogging. If you're making small changes at a time & logging to evaluate the results, you aren't likely going to get any seat of the pants results.
