thanks man for the reply..i was playing around with any of the tables and my car died. I MEAN any table i changed it died. I turned up my fuel pressure way up and it idles down really slow now but it doesn';t die so i dont care. Ok shifted i copied a guys tune that he had dynetuned. I did not copying everything however. i did changed all the spark tables how he had his. He has a 2004 or 05. i have a 02. do u think it would be safe to keep it like that because i dont no how to log it. i have hp tuners standerd. Or should i changed all the spark tables back to how it was stock? i am running 11 psi and i want to turn it up to 15 later. im scared of knock so what do u think?

I would like to see your stock tune, the tune you copied from, and the tune you made.... Send to pnptuning@gmail.com In the email also include your size of injectors, and what you have your fuel psi set to...

I think you need to return your car to stock the stock tune & learn how to use the program properly. I know its exciting to have all that stuff at your fingertips to control & manipulate, but you need to slow down & learn what to change & how to datalog to evalaute the changes you are making. Until you master this, you'll never be sure that you are actually improving matters. Judging by your first post, your initial changes haven't been improvements

well i think i have improved alot. im at full boost and wideband is staying right at 11.5-12. so i think i have done way better. all i was asking was about the spark tables. i didn't ask if i was doing ok at changing stuff. not to sound mean or an @$$ but i didn't like your post

Sorry, didn't mean for the post to come off bad.

The most powerful tool in HPT is the scanner. The more proficient you are at using the scanner, the better results you'll get with the Editor.

Shane is right. you cant just go blindly changing things. using the scanner will help you know what to change. there is no point in adding more spark, for example, if your car is already experiencing knock.
