his car is a '99, but he had a defective motor that popped about 20k into its life, and GM put a new motor in for him.. I think it was a '00+ 'cause its without an EGR.. am I right? the whole situation goes like this: I had a crap wiring harness when I did my ECO swap, and it finally caught up to me and started makin my TPS run low voltage.. under the advisement of a couple friends (I'm sure John will get in on this), I got a different (i.e. not a new one) harness that a friend had layin around, and after we dumped it in and cranked the car, come to find out it wasn't firing the #2 injector (according to Actron OBD2 Scanner).. we traced the wiring for that injector to a bad spot a lil ways down the line, repaired it (soldered it), put the harness back in, and it was still acting up.. so he tested the wiring by hookin up one of his old injectors (a left over from a recent upgrade) and the wiring proved to be ok.. so what it comes down to is his stock injectors workin to replace the one bad one, if not all of them...
I hope I was detailed enough
