Currently, I'm using the supercharger re-flash with a 2-bar and it works great. I'm looking for feedback from anyone who has this tune with a 3-bar.
All map sensors are a 0-5v reference. The stock reflash wouldn't handle it, but I see you have HPT, so my bet is you can rescale the MAP values to the 3-bar sensor. I just recieved "How to Tune and Modify Engine Management Systems" by Jeff Hartman today, and I'm not sure which brand of sensor they are using, but this is their breakdown
Load %_____MAP Voltage______1-Bar______2-Bar______3-Bar
0__________0.00_____________10________8.8________3.6
5__________0.25_____________15________18_________17
10_________0.50_____________20________28_________33
15_________0.75_____________24________38_________48
20_________1.00_____________29________48_________64
25_________1.25_____________34________58_________80
30_________1.50_____________39________68_________96
35_________1.75_____________43________78_________111
40_________2.00_____________48________88_________127
45_________2.25_____________53________98_________143
50_________2.50_____________58________108________159
55_________2.75_____________62________118________174
60_________3.00_____________67________128________190
65_________3.25_____________72________138________206
70_________3.50_____________77________148________222
75_________3.75_____________81________158________237
80_________4.00_____________86________168________253
85_________4.25_____________91________178________269
90_________4.50_____________96________188________285
95_________4.75_____________100_______198________300
100________5.00_____________105_______208________315
The 1-Bar, 2-Bar & 3-Bar sensors are measured in kPa. Hope that can help.

RIP JESSE GERARD.....Youll always be in my thoughts and prayers...
Thanks for the input.
I know I can rescale the values to offset the 0-5v input, I'm looking for someone who may already be doing this. If someone is using this to run 20 P.S.I. or so please let me know if this is working well for you. Thanks.
I don't think it can be done, the tables aren't evenly spaced values, there's a lot of values higher in the table than lower. In order to fake it, the values shown on the side would be triple that they actually are. You would lose so much resolution in the low end of the table that I really doubt your car would run, probably at all.

Buy stuff from CarCustoms Ebay! Won't be disappointed!
Ron i have a flash that i scaled to 3 bar for brian
^^^^^^^^Did you get any feedback? Regardless, I'm going to make it work.
I have scaled a non GMSC reflash to 3 bar myself... the biggest issue I've found is that a few charts start IN BOOST... at like 6 psi. lol.
Gonna be fun to tune this bastard.

I never got to flash it as the car got rearended
(and he gave up on Jbodies)
...speaking of resolution, why dosent some one use a 2 bar sensor, on a NA motor? would give you around double the finesse.

A NA motor won't see positive pressure in the plenum (although it can at the valve with resonance effects). If you look at the map sensor values I posted, with a speed density setup, you get roughly twice the resolution with a 1 bar sensor. Regardless though, MS-II comes with a 3.5 bar sensor, and it works fine on my NA speed density tune.

What chris was trying to say is use a 1 bar sensor on a 2bar flash. Chris and i have talked about it before and it would give you the ability to run map based fueling vs tps based.
LOL...I totally missed that one. Sorry.

Chris... I AM doing that... this year.
Starting with 2 bar... I found a way to add fuel with boost even without the GMSC tune so I'm gonna try it this spring.
I'll post findings when I have some.
15 psi is my limit for this year cuz I wanna iron out a great tune and THEN graduate to 3 bar.
