So I emailed them about my problem I was having and with the software and they told me to email them the vcm suite infolog cause i forgot to send that and i havent heard back from them in like a week... How long does it usually take for them to get back to you??? I mean im kinda getting frustrated cause i just forked out $500 for this and i cant even use it...

I had the same issue you had with a 97 2.2 4 speed tune. I emailed them and it was right about a week and I got a email back with a update. When did you actually email them? Because you first posted about your issue on the 5 (which is only fives days ago). Maybe you have not made a week yet.

Alot depends on what the issue is. Also note that they were in Orlando last week at the PRI show.

Have you logged into your Customer Login page on HPT's website recently? You may find a new version available to download a few days before you get the notification from HPT.

be patient... took shane over a week, almost 2, before we were able to modify my car with the tuner because we were waiting on a file from hpt.

they will create it, it just might take some time. in the end it will be worth it.trust me, HPT wouldnt leave you with that expensive of a paper weight when they tell you your car is supported.

I had 2 issues, one with timing one with incorrect VCM, both responses within 15 minutes, and fixes within a day or 2. they have lots of new stuff going on right now, I am sure they are putting stuff in order.
