Saab ECU's??

Ok if i remember correcty the newer(03+, i believe) saab 9-3s have a 2.0 turbo ecotec. Im wondering if anyone has thought of or tried using the ECU from one of these cars for tuning in turbo applications. Granted you cant use HPtuners with it, but the saab people have to have their own tuning program too, like we have HP-tuners. I was alittle shocked when nothing showed up when i searched these forums and the ecotec power forums. I cant be the 1st person to get this idea.

the 2.0 turbo eco is a different motor than the L61's that the j-body uses. I don't think you'd be able to use it at all. that's not even counting the wiring differences, the BCM, cluster, etc.

Alright it was just a thought. So i guess no one experimented with it at all, just too much of a hassle.
