Im wondering, I have an '02 Cavalier 2200.
Can anyone, a dealer, or someone with HPT, stop the lights from flashing when locking or unlocking the doors?
Can we get the rears and fogs to flash instead?
is anything like this possible?
Id like the fogs and rears to flash (the rears because you can tell if you opened/locked the car from the back, and the fogs because theyre more subtle)
but if thats not possible Id like no headlight flash at all, and maybe a horn signal for unlock/lock...
can any of this be done?

The TEC-2 can do that, make it beep on unlock, lock... flash.... lots of things... turn off DRL's on 99 and older cars ( i just learned that today, flashing Brians "new" car)

I used my Tech II to eliminate the flash feature. Also used it to eliminate DRL's on my 98 and 02.
My 98 Sunfire GT came from the used car dealer with the light flash turned off, and I'd sort of like it to flash SOMEthing (signals sounds like a good idea). On a slightly related note, I think I need to replace the battery in my fob. I have the range of about two parking spaces on a good day.
