In my 2K z24 I need to change out the engine wiring harness. Any tips? I am confused about the big block on the driver's side that seems screwed together. What does it take to get that off?

Theres a small bolt running through the center of that plug holding it together.. When you remove the bolt and unhook the little clips, it will just unplug.
