As far as I understand I can't use HPT to tune a '95 right? Is there something else I can use to tune it, or am I SOL?
A 95 2.2 is completely chippable and everything to get custom tuning ability is fully available.
HPTuners cannot and will not ever work for a chippable car.

yup, you need about 400$ worth of things on moates.net and you can tune and even emulate in real time i think. tunercat is for the definition file. $36 is the one you need.
