Yeah, another stunt video showing hooligans wearing no gear trashing $10K machines. I know some people enjoy this type of "riding" and it requires great skill, but I have a problem with the fact that people are shown doing these thing with no helmets, etc. That's how Indian Larry died, that's why I found a body on the road this summer. Stunting is dangerous, more so than many other bike activities (including track days) and yet the vids are still showing guys stunting with no helmets making other people think it's cool. Well how cool are ya when you dead? The guy I found had no head left, just a bunch of yuck were his head used to be. I wasn't the first, a 10 year old boy saw him pull a wheelie, lose control and hit a concrete bridge railing, I arrived about 1 minute later, then police and EMS (no need). That kid will need counselling. His friends all miss him, and his family is completely destraught. All because he thought that one little wheelie with no gear was OK. Well, he's dead now, and quite a few people have a memory of a twisted, smashed corpse leaving blood and brains all over the pavement. If he was wearing gear, he'd be battered and bruised but he'd be alive and within a couple weeks life would have been right back to normal.

Personally I like my bike best tipped into a high speed corner with both wheels on the track, but that's me. Stunt all you want, but please wear gear. At least a helmet, jacket, gloves and boots that cover your ankles. This little bit of protection can save your life.

Love the bike, hate how unecessary risk is jacking my ins. rates.

too bad their not 10k bikes. their called stunt bikes and their just cheap bikes they use to practice on. funny i dont see u preaching over in the versus forum which is more dangerous than just riding in an empty parking lot

Alot of these guys buy brand new bikes see this stuff happening and after a while and hundreds of crashes what was not to long ago a 10k bike is not a 1k stunt/practice I know I've seen it alot and nobody around here even stunts anymore. I have seen all this stuff done before by me but not within a year

Just right-click, save-as.

That's some crazy @!#$ they're doing. I want a bike, but only to combat the gas prices, not to be a dumb @!#$ and tear up my bike, or myself...

There's lots of footage in there with no helmets, and there's tons more with helmet only no gear.

All of those bikes would sell for a good price before they were rashed.

I don't even look in the vs. forum.

I'm not down on stunting per say, I'm down on stunt video that encourage people to do these activities while not wearing gear cause it's cooler that way.

The number one streetfighter guy in the world Christian Pfiffer is a very entertaining rider and always wears a helmet. Seek out the world champion street fighter vids and see what I mean. you want impressive, he's the man. There are others who come close, they are not in this vid.

It is soo not fun to come upon a corspe that is barely recognizable as human. It's so not funny to joke about. You really don't know until you've seen it. I could never be an EMS worker.. Well, maybe but it would take quite a while to get used to that level of gore.

Even a trashed bike will bring more that $1K.. The engines go for close to $2K on their own. Any good stunt bike is a 1 litre and they aren't cheap.

I've been riding for years, I do in fact know what I'm talking about.
