looks like the civic was waiting at the toll booth and the altima came barrelling down the road and drove in between them
thats what it looks like because of the smashed passenger headlight on the altima and the smashed driver tail light on the civic, the civic had to have been there first, whether or not they were racing, I cant tell, but it looks like the altima was tryin to beat the civic through the toll while the civic had no idea what was goin on. Until, of course, it happened.
I trust police will find the altima more than 50% at fault just by looking at the damage, because somehow I doubt they both were racing.
PS the guy in the civic looks like he's either bored, or on a cell phone
