ok my girl is buying a car hopefully very soon.

here are 3 cars ive narrowed it to in the area. she needs to spend under 5k and it needs to eb reliable school/work transport and will last for a while.

so which one of these do u think is the better car? no modding or racing or anything will be done with these. strictly commute.

1996 integra ls 115k auto $4700

1992 integra 130k auto $3100

1993 del sol 113k auto $3800

all have clean titles etc... and obviously before she buys ill get it checked out at a garage to make sure there is no big problems

thanx for the help.

if pics dont show copy an dpast the url, and it should.

one of the teggy's. preferably the first teggy.

just remember with the del sol, they're really small and no back seat.

size doesnt matter too much since its for my girl and she really doesnt mind abotu back seat etc...

but what about reliability? who would those three compare to eachother?

wasnt 93 the first year of the del sol? could there be issues with it??

All in all they're kinda the same car. That del slow might have the same engine thats in my civic (1.5L SOHC) which gets like 38mpg on a bad day, most of the time I got around 40.

I got my civic at 116k miles, only thing thats gone wrong is the speedo stopped working and the coil went out (70$ fix), so its been very reliable. All 3 of those cars should last a year or two with virtually no problems IMO

Just stick with the integras, they're nicer over all.

Honda makes Acura and well they are basically the same car and engines. So reliability are about the same. The Del Sol is a Civic so keep that in mind. All in all I would go with the 96 Integra......that is if it hasn't been dogged.

Scrap the Del Sol. Its ugly and heavy.

I say low ball both of the integra's. Which ever one bights theres your car. If she has the money just walk up to the first integra and pull out 3500 cash. Peoples eyes dont focus on anything but the bills in front of them. You'd be suprised what people will take when they are looking at money and not just hearing numbers.

But why listen to me, I go through cars more then I do underwear.

honestly.. those prices are kinda high... for 5k u can get an integra with under 90k on it...

theres high mile integras. like around 150k that go for like 3800 here that are that new. id shop around a better deal on a 94+ integra.

Prices aren't the same everywhere. Maybe thats what integra's are running for where he lives.
