hey guys i just wanted to find out something. ive noticed that the main body (chassis?) is identical in the 92-95 civics and the 96-00 ones, the only visible difference are the headlighs and tail lights. so my questions is this, is it pretty easy to convert a 92-95 civic to a 96-00 one? i think the tail lights might need some hacking, but for the headlights can we just change fenders, hood and bumper and it will all bolt on? kinda like converting our 95-99 J's to 03+ (everything bolts up) thanks
im not really a honda expert but i think there are minor differences between them. i think the rad supports are different. but then again im no honda expert so i dont know for sure
the whole body is different, hence chasis name EG 92-95 EK 96-2000, IMO the EGs is more curved sorta like a bubble in the rear.

Their different... not like the J's... You can swap out body parts for a 94-01 integra to a 92-95 civic easier becouse their very much alike compared to the 96+ civic... hell if you want a 99 looking civic buy a cheap 96 DX & put a 99-00 front end on it with no modifications. To put on 92-95 civic fenders would need to be cut in half & weld to the other fender of opposite generation
