3rd Gen Firebird to Fire-Fire??
Friday, September 23, 2005 10:13 AM
I found a 3rd Gen Firebird that has a custom-made front end with 03+ Sunfire headlights. It actually looks pretty decent, kinda mean lookin'.

I don't really like the opening in the bumper, it needs to flow with the body lines better.

As for the back, it should look really sweet when done. He's putting a spoiler back there too

Sounds like there will eventually be a nice FMIC sitting in the front opening too

Spoiler definetly should be replaced with the stock type - about 1/3 as tall and has third brake in the middle. Once all is said-and-done, I bet it'll look nice. He said he's gonna go w/ 2004 GM Dark Grey Metallic (comes on Cav's, Colorado, etc?) w/ flames or something. I dunno that the flames would look good IMO

I normally hate that hood on 3G's, but w/ the front conversion and all that it actually looks pretty decent. Cowl induction would still be my preference

Wow thats just ghetto

The owner gets an "A" for creativity, but the actual project turned out to be "F" material.

It would probably be better to just rip it apart and start over.

looks like a half-arsed job on the front.... nothing fits together or flows plus the opening in the front looks like an aftethought... maybe if he does a lot of fixing-up since the idea is good.
