I've never seen that vid before, but it was quite entertaining.
It doesn't seem like it would work, but after watching the video it sure seems believeable. You have to figure that your increasing the volumetric efficiency of the engine by forcing extra air in, no matter how insignificant that amount of air pressure may be. The nitrous has the effect of creating even more available oxygen when it burns, so the results of spraying that is definitely believeable.
