Was out Saturday looking at S-10's with the ZR2 package for the Girlfriend, Went to her old work (Classic Chevy in Waukegan, IL) and went to check out a Yellow S-10 with the Zr2 package. (I was also going to test drive before I order a 06 ss/sc Cobalt, it was sweet, and they have one on the lot fully loaded, recaro's and lsd too, if anyone is interested) Well, aparently we had gotten there to late, as the Yellow S-10 was sold about 2 days before....So we took a ride in the SS/SC for me and then wandered the lot some looking at cars....Anyway, she found something she likes and we Brought it home on Monday.

She loves it, it's a huge step up from her base model 4 door cavy.....
I almost walked off with the SS/SC too, but it was black.....I wanted Blue, and I'm kindof interested in some kindof "stage" option, so I'm waiting till spring.

^^^ I agree, I wouldnt mind having a white 2 door Cobalt LS...saw one the other night with the fog lights and sunroof, the white gave it a really clean look.
black would be the only one i would ever buy if i did..
speaking of a s-10 with the zr2 package....did you test drive one at all??? i was thinking about buying one for a daily driver.....just kinda wondering if you liked it
we did test drivea few, I think about 10. There not bad, little louder than the stock S-10 as far as wheel noise, but not bad. I have heard they are not the best on gas milage though. I think we found 3 that we really liked, but they were either 02, 03, and 00. And they were all to much. 16 - 19 grand, and she decided she liked the new 2 door cobalt and how the interior was and everything else about it and could justify spending 16grand on a brand new car, as opposed to a used vehicle....we were only looking to spend about 12000 on a S-10.

My mom just bought a car exactly like that only in red. She loves it too but she wont let me drive it very much
You should of just went for the SS/SC mine is black and I love you wouldn't of regreted it, I wanted blue originally but I like the black
BUT that looks nice the Base cobalts didn't exactly impress me much but it looks very nice...
I'll have a SS in a few months, but she had a price range to get in and the SS for her wasn't in that range and she can't drive a stick yet. By the way, it's been 3 days and I haven't driven it yet :-(
She absolutely loves it though.
