OK.. first off, I know this is a Cavalier/Sunflower site, but I have a question to anyone that knows about cars and their engines. My buddy has a 99 civic with a bad engine. He wants to unload it for a 1000 bucks.. Now.. what can I put back in the engine bay in terms of different engines and how much (on average) would it cost to have someone install it for me. I figure with a 99 civic I could put a working engine in it and stiill make a couple grand off it...
Thanks for the help and if your responding sarcastically because the question is about a Honda.. get a life.

if you dont want to do it, IM me at turbogsrb18c1 and i will pick it up this weekend
as far as what you can put in the car, hondas are pretty easy. any inline 4 that was in a front drive honda will fit in any other honda.
my first swap i did only took about 2 days without ever knowing really how to do it. pretty easy, unbolt and unplag stuff, then just bolt and plug everything back in
