question for my cousins 2001 nissan frontier

My cousins super charger in his frontier is not working at all....any suggestions?

He brought it to the dealer a while ago to get something fixed, I think his o2 sensors and when he went to go pick it up they said they needed to keep it an extra day to fix the wiring harness for the o2 sensors.

Any suggestions?
