Chrysler calls its program "Employee Pricing Plus." It applies to most Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge vehicles.

Chrysler says its plan gives customers the same price available to Chrysler Group employees, plus up to an additional $3,500 cash back on qualifying vehicles.

The program will run through August 1, 2005. Vehicles excluded include the 2005 Chrysler 300, Dodge Magnum, all 2006 models, Dodge Sprinter van, Dodge Viper, Jeep Liberty Diesel and all SRT models.

The so-called "Ford Family Plan" applies to most Ford, Lincoln and Mercury models and runs through Aug. 1. Ford says all of its 2005 eligible models will be sold at or below the employee and retiree discount price less bonus customer cash incentives. Excluded from the plan are Ford trucks larger than F-350 and E- 350, the Ford Mustang, Ford GT and Ford Escape Hybrid.

For example:
Ford Explorer
MSRP: $32,895
Employee Price: $28,739
Less Customer Cash: $4,000
Ford Family Price: $24,739

Mercury Montego
MSRP: $26,840
Employee Price: $24,019
Less Customer Cash: $500
Ford Family Price: $23,519

Lincoln Navigator XLT 4x4
MSRP: $51,145
Employee Price: $44,133
Less Customer Cash: $2,000
Ford Family Price: $42,133

Yes it is, I love this deal, nothing like getting $8,000 off the price of a brand new Hemi Ram.

Yella02-I promise I will return to you in one piece and this will stay up until I am safely home

^I've seen them advertised on the paper brand-new 2005 for $19,995. Tell me that is not a good price?

In the end these are better deals then what GM gives. Here you keep the rebates/incentive too.
