Are all 3rd gen F-body 5 spd's equipped with the Tremec-T5? If not, is there a specific model year that particular tranny was installed?
Also, slightly off topic, which cars came equipped with the T-56?
93+ came with t56 as an option
3rd gens in 82 came with 4 spds, and in 83 some iron dukes(only 156 made canada and overseas) came with 4 speeds
rest of third gen f bodys 83-93 came with t-5s
except some firehawks in 92 (only 25 made) had a zf-6 speed tranny.

do a search for jennings engineering...they can build you a t56 for as low as a grand without a core..
